Then students put on aprons and baker hats and iced their own cupcakes to enjoy at break! Sweet learning and sweet treats made for a wonderful day in the library! 💛✨

Our 4th grade students had so much fun in the library reading How to Catch a Snowman! ⛄📚 After the story, they worked in groups to create their own snowman trap designs and even came up with clever ideas to lure the snowman in. Such a fun way to mix reading, creativity, and teamwork! ❄️✨
Our sweet first graders did an amazing job performing at our PTO Valentine’s meeting! 💘🎶 Their smiles, songs, and sweet hearts made the night extra special. Thank you to our teachers for all your hard work and to our families for coming out to support our students! 💕✨

📚✨ Fairy Tale Fun in the Library! ✨📚 Kindergarten and 1st grade have been exploring fairy tales the past couple of weeks, and today they began their brand new library stations! 🏰🐷👑 Students are combining reading and STEM as they: 🧱 Build scenes from fairy tales on the LEGO wall 🎭 Use puppets to retell the stories 🤖 Program a Blue-Bot to travel through the story in order These hands-on stations help students practice sequencing, problem-solving, teamwork, and retelling skills—all while bringing their favorite fairy tales to life! 📖💡

From February 9th – March 6th, students can participate in Lillie’s Library Challenge for a fun reward!
✨ Read 4 books and color in each base on the bookmark. Teacher will sign the bookmark.
📲 Parents will then scan the QR code to redeem the prize.
🎟️ Once parent tickets are purchased, two FREE Birmingham Barons tickets will automatically be added to the cart!
